    APW will apply a 25% INSPECTION & RESTOCKING CHARGE to all returned merchandise. (EXCEPT IN-WARRANTY DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE OR MERCHANDISE SHIPPED IN ERROR BY APW COMPANY)
    The re-stocking fee may be waived when a client simultaneously orders additional product at equal or greater value applying a credit once the returned product has been received and inspected.

    Merchandise must be returned PREPAID via an insured traceable service and received WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF INVOICE. To receive your credit, all returned merchandise must be in BRAND NEW RESALABLE CONDITION (i.e.. leads not cut or trimmed or damaged, all surfaces free from marring or scratches) and include any and all accessories etc. as originally supplied.
  • If a company please supply company name as ordered.
  • Provide your ship to address as supplied with your original order.
  • Enter your invoice number from your order confirmation or from your packing slip.

    Repack merchandise securely in carton along with a copy of this return request RMA form and ship prepaid via an insured traceable service such as FedEx or UPS to:
